We don’t think so, and so the Montauk Steakhouse, located in The Ushuaïa Tower, lights the coals and sharpens the knives every afternoon. Within its climate-controlled meat locker, the best cuts from Alaska, Spain and the United Kingdom entice gluttony. All have been cured in our special curing room made of Himalayan salt bricks, where the meat is kept at an ideal temperature and humidity.
But rare, medium and well done are not the only measure of the Montauk Steakhouse. Seafood also plays a main role: scallops, lobster, salmon, sea bass…in consideration of those who prefer being bitten to biting... Or for those who already had their carnivore feast the night before.
